Kypros is born in the fertile lands of Tala, Jalisco, where the sun patiently caresses the fields of blue agave. More than a million and a half plants, tended by skilled hands, bear witness to a living legacy.

Process

Fermentation: Three days of silence and transformation in stainless steel tanks, in open and controlled environments.

Distillation: The purity of stainless steel combines with the warm soul of copper in an artisanal process that honors tradition.

Aging

Reposado: Aged in French oak barrels that once held Cabernet Sauvignon, inheriting notes of wine and toasted wood.

Añejo: Aged in American oak barrels that once held bourbon, infusing it with caramel, vanilla, and sweet spices.
